MORE SKATES AND BEESWORK GIMBALS

I thought I had posted this blog but apparently I hadn't.  Sorry

So this is a test project myself and Lee Daley had filmed with the Beeworks gimbal. The skater is Fattima very talented and easy going young lady introduced to me by my friend James aka Blader.

The objective was to see how the Beeworks gimbal handled fast pace movement. For the most part it did well. The ultimate thing was getting the camera, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera, balanced on the gimbal. Once we had it on correctly we were able to get some pretty steady shots.

We had also met and asked some other skaters to join in. We had one of them operating the Beeworks gimbal while he followed Fattima and his friends. I'm pretty happy with the footage.

Video coming out very soon.

Area 51 with Reliant Coaches on the way to Tomorrowland

I was working with Area 51 last week after nearly 2 years and like normal its never a normal down to Earth job. We were picking up passengers in an amazingly decorated coach from different locations then driving to Dover where they would board a ferry and go to Belgium to the music festival called Tomorrowland.

So I set off from London and met then Area 51 guys in Nuneaten, then we made our way to the coach depot, then drove to Nottingham to pick up the first load of passengers then there were three more stops (I can't remember all the stops). Didn't get home until nearly 9am.

Filming Wyen Solo - Music Video

My first music video of 2015. My friend introduced me to a great singer called Wyen Solo (www.wyensolo.com ). An interesting shoot with my friend Lee Daley as my DOP. Due to the quick turn around Wyen had a simply idea of what she wanted in her video. We had some great brainstorming ideas but all of them would of taken up too much time to produce.

So below are some production pictures.
